Terms and Conditions

Booking conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the start of the retreat.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the retreat will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the retreat will receive a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
• The retreat organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.
• The retreat organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation costs.
• Participants must be in good physical and mental health and must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.
• The retreat organizer reserves the right to dismiss a participant if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to the well-being of the group.
• The retreat is for people over 18 only.
